The last time I used the Sonic app, my cash card was compromised. Someone purchased approximately $100.00 worth of food within a matter of 45 minutes. The strange thing about it is that the orders were made in Connecticut, I'm in Arkansas. As I was on the phone with that Sonic reporting my card stolen and that I hadn't made an order, someone was there picking up the order. They were gone with the food before management could stop the carhop. Within that same hour, a second larger order was made to the same Sonic. I had locked my card by then. Sonic management stated it was nothing they could due, nor would they issue me a refund. They also suggested I contact my financial institution for compensation.
I've always enjoyed Sonic, and I support the workers, almost always leaving a tip. This incident was a major disappointment to me in how Sonic, across the board, handled the situation. I no longer use the app and have considerably reduced the number of visits... even for a cup of ice.
As a youth, Sonic was the second place I worked. I enjoyed working there, and my coworkers and boss (the owner) were all good people.

No bacon that I ordered as an add on, no ketchup, mustard, onions, or a double sausage patty. I see the reviews here and see that this isnāt the first time undesirable things have happened with peopleās orders, so if this is how itās been lately, this sonic seems to be going downhill. Iād take your chances at another sonic than this one. We have called to report it nearly every time but nothing gets done. Today topped it. We ordered a Junior Bacon Burrito. We pulled out, got down the road & checked & it was wrong...again. I tried to call them 8 times. When they finally chose to answer (and they were not busy) they picked up, hung up then took the phone off the hook. Once I reached them an hour later I told the man what happened & his comment was, " Alright, alright, thank you." Then he promptly hung up on me while I was still speaking.
