I am very disappointed with this store and guy working bad service since we walked in the door. We asked if we placed our order online if we could tell him exactly how we wanted it because it don't let you customize it on web, unless we could get same special inside, he said no that we would have to pay for it online. Which is fine. We sat down placed our orders. Someone else came in and he did there order why talking to them he going to say about how we couldn't place online orders after 9 but the web clearly says 9:30. So our first order she asked him to toast it more and he says it going to burn, she that's fine that's how I want it so why argue we can't say how we want our food? Then when done with order he slightly tossed it at her. No thank or have a good night just walked away. I'm standing there and I ask him to slightly toast mine and you could tell he was bothered by us because his friends came in they also weretalking about how online orders were not suppose be done after 9. Then I asked him if he could put extra pickles and olives because that pretty much all I get and he ignored me just looking at receipt which has extra on it I asked for extra sauces and they were dry. We love subway and eat there alot and 3 out of 4 sandwiches were the worst we have had and the worse customer service EVERR. Why he was waiting on us his friends seemed more important and he had lots to say to them but not a word to us. I felt some type of way that's for sure. Meanwhile, I was recording on my phone. So when he handed me my sandwiches I said thank you and that he didn't have to be rude that we were paying customers a simple thank you would have...

This is the 2nd time we have gone to this location on Albert Pike because we were working in the area and the same worker named Dustin was working both times and he was beyond rude, very unprofessional, personal hygiene definitely needs to be addressed as well. We own our own business and ALOT of times we work later and just stop and grab something quick but rest assured we will not be returning to that Subway. And to add a side note it's absurd that a company as large as Subway is not allowed to accept bills over $20!!!!???? What about workers again like us or others who just get paid and may not have anything but a $100 bill yet place a large order, food is done and ready to pay just to be told we can't take that payment it's our corporate policy!? That obviously should be addressed by whomever Corporate is because I'm sure it costs a lot of money having to throw away large orders of food because they are not allowed to pay with anything larger than a $20 bill. Ridiculous to say the least. I hope someone higher up in this company sees this and will be professional enough to handle the obvious things that need to be addressed ASAP before Subway loses ALOT...
Read moreThe workers are rude and sandwich was not made to my liking. Literally the only thing I get on my sandwich is mayo and pickles. I couldn’t taste the mayo at all. I also like to get extra pickles to be able to have a pickle in every bite. I ordered online and went inside to make sure I got what I wanted and they said they rudely said couldn’t do more than 18 pickles on a foot long. That may seem like a lot to people who don’t like pickles. But for someone that loves them and that gets ONLY pickles- nothing else to break up the thickness of the bread- it’s not enough(they also didn’t even give me “18” & most of the pickles were so small, they should have either left them off or doubled them). My meal was almost $20 and could not get what I wanted. If I wanted some of every veggie- that would be okay- but not the pickles I wanted. Plus I counted them- not even 18 pickles there.
