McDonald's — Restaurant in Houma

We visited the drive-thru on a Tuesday afternoon. Service: Lady taking our order was polite and patient. She took down my order exactly as I wanted it. When I drove up to pay, she read my order out to me to make sure it was the correct one. It was. Then I pulled up, to the next window, to get my order. The drinks and fries came out almost immediately. The burgers took a little while longer, maybe 3mins or so. Either way, I was very pleased at how fast the service is here; especially compared to the McDonald's on MLK.

Food: I had special requests in my order. One request, which is worth mentioning, was no pickles in the cheeseburgers. I believe this is the first McDonald's to put stickers on the burgers that did not have pickles in them. Usually I'm opening all the burgers to figure out which one is which. Thank you for that! They got my entire order correct.

Today at lunch, waited 10 minutes outside spot 3 for curbside. Went in , got ignored inside 20 more minutes, lady working at urgent care stood as well , we watched numerous drive thru happy meals etc go out. Finally a management lady came out from the back, filled orders put in after us at 12;45 ish. Obviously watching on camera, hiding in back office, couldn't even find my curbside order slip. 1 guy doing, struggling to do it all must have lost it , no help to run it out no doubt. Lady management, miss: management flashing large gold wrist bracelets , looking like NOT working hard not worried, just gave me what I said I ordered. I left , horrible experience of bad , no management, that drive thru went 25 plus cars before I got my order, disgraceful. At braves bridge , I'm not brave enough to stop...

I stopped at this Mcdonald's on the way to my hotel after enjoying an engagement party at my sister's. I'm visiting from Houston, Texas. I was given luke warm to cold old fries. I requested fresh, hot fries. They had me pull forward. Now I know it takes about 5 minutes to cook fresh fries if they don't already have some about to be pulled from the fryer. They purposely had me wait about 10 minutes and the inside was closed. When I received my fries they were fried really, really hard with NO salt(which I did not request) to the point where I could not eat them. I don't understand why the workers get mad at you for not wanting to eat cold fries and requesting fresh, hot fries WITH salt.(unless otherwise requested) So the payback is to be nasty and have an attitude for asking for what I'm paying for?...
