Manager on duty yesterday was so unprofessional ..I seen him with my own two eyes holding a brown paper towel to his nose and never wash his hands to return in the kitchen to fix orders ..I was displeased so I said something about it to the crew member that was fixing my order he take it upon himself to come from out of the kitchen and ask me for my receipt like I didn't pay for my food so I was unhappy with that ordeal so I asked for my refund back and at first he was like no I'm not gonna give u any refund back and I was like oh yes u will then he decided to give me my money back.. I live right across from this raising canes and I won't ever stop here again thumbs down for sanitary and unprofessional mannerism from a manager on duty. If I do decide to eat at raising canes it will be across town on the west side oh no not...

The chicken sandwich it was fried too hard and there was three fried hard chicken strips on a bun and two large sliced pickles. Come on people, we are going through a pandemic now and you want to gip your customers the very ones that is keeping you in business and paying your bills.
