Rally's — Restaurant in Houma

If I could give the place negative stars for service I would. I went there on a Monday night and wanted to order a simple ice cream cone but I couldn't. I wasn't in a car so I walked up to the window that they serve people on foot and I was absolutely seen by two employees and they both completely ignored me as I stood there. One even came up to the register right at the window and ignored me with a smirk on his face. I hate to say it but it felt like there were racist vibes coming from the place. I'm white and the people working were black and there was one Hispanic person as well. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!! I stopped at the RALLY'S on Grand Caillou Road on April 7th and bought my son a $2.17 ice cream using my debit card. They have been charging my card on a daily basis random amounts ranging from $ 8.20-$25.39!! Over drafting my account with a total of $106.47 IN CHARGES!!!

I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THIS HAS HAPPENED TOO! THEY ROBBED ANOTHER PERSON OF OVER $2,200.00 Also with random charges and over draft fee's from their bank!!!

I would advise anyone that plans to eat there in the near future ALWAYS pay with CASH!
