The Pit Stop — Restaurant in Houma

First off I Ordered my food over the phone an hour in advance. I asked for my order to be ready at 2. When I get there, the lady outside walked in behind me after smoking a cigarette and drinking her coffee. She proceeds to the kitchen. I don’t think she washed her hands and NO ONE in the Kitchen wore GLOVES! They were just starting my order after I had already called it in. I asked how long. They said 3 minutes. I asked the rude cashier why the other lady didn’t wear gloves, she tells me “the sink is right there” with a nonchalant attitude. But no one had on gloves!! I didn’t even get a thank you and everyone in there including the RESTAURANT DONT LOOK CLEAN AT ALL!! If I Had time I would have waited for a manager but I’m sure nothing will be done! This place has steadily gone down hill, we used to go there regularly. Its been awhile since we been to this location. But this morning was the nail in the coffin for never going back. Went there early this morning for 2 orders of beignets and a coffee. Paid waited got my order went to truck and they forgot half the order. So go back in letting them know, and either refund or make the rest my order. The girl didn't know how to do refunds and stated the cook would make more, with an attitude. He did remake the whole order, so I got it and left. Got home and the whole order was not even cooked. Every one was raw when you opened them up. Waste of money and not worth going to. Its a nice place my problem is when I asked for my salad to be fix a certain way because I'm on my way to work the cook was mad and making comments I didn't like it but I kept my mouth shut and gave all of the workers a tip including him he still complaining and being petty about how I want my food (to sum it up) I will never go back.
