1st time customer on saturday after someone raved about it.this my honest review:

Burgers was trash, fries good, and the drinks....

Whoever cooking the burgers suck....mine was cold cheese not melted, top bun soggy and wet. They toast the inside of the bread but not the outside....do both it stops it from being soggy. Also try putting the mayo and the bottom bun and mustard mixed with ketchup on top it would make it less soggy.i couldnt taste my jalepenos in the burger. Too much mayo we black. the vibe was cool, workers not too friemdly but not rude.great at serving food on time and at communication.they take debit cards too

Update: Tried again today still soggy and I asked for lite mayo...it's semi toasted on the bun.i think they need to switch methods. Put the mayo on the bottom and mustard on top...I always have to throw away the top bun cuz it's too wet...ok yeah I'm over it can't return....I really tried...the chicken tenders...

My first visit to this burger joint certainly won’t be my last.

A must place to visit with a friend or two.

While the parking lot could use some improvement and better organization, especially during the busy lunch hour, it didn’t detract from the overall experience.

The seating area is adequate, providing a functional and comfortable space for dining.

For $9.41, I enjoyed a double meat burger, fries, and a peach slush – a fantastic deal in my book.

The burger was excellent, with a slightly crispy and flavorful patties. It’s definitely better than McDonald's and rivals, if not surpasses, Whataburger. The fresh veggies added a crisp taste and texture with every bite.

The fries were superb: crispy and generous enough to share, though you might be tempted to keep them all to yourself.

The peach slush was a delightful treat, perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth....

I have enjoyed burger park over the years but recently the last two times I have went the hype is gone! Yesterday I went burger meat was dry, bun was tough to chew, bacon half cooked, cheese not melted, burger extra sloppy you can tell they changed the format of their buns now they have the brand Mrs. Bairds that don’t even go with the burger patty because the bread is too thick and the meat they give is thin. I also noticed how they keep the food stored in a shed that looked utterly disgusting. It’s in the hood so I’m pretty sure people still going to go. Fries wasn’t cooked fresh, kept stabbing me in the mouth due to how hard they was. Probably sitting under a lamp just like the meat to keep warm. But don’t say I didn’t warn you because you will be...

Cash only, DELICIOUS, great portion for the price. This place was packed. Yes it looks a little sketchy, bars on the window, limited unpaved parking. Some outside seating a couple with tables. I order the single cheeseburger with bacon and half way through I was stuffed. A little heavy on the mustard but still delicious. Fries come unsalted but you are given salt and pepper packets, salt away as you please. Price is perfect for the amount of food order. Upset with myself that I didn’t order a slush since all the reviews on them are A+. Will definitely be going back to enjoy more on their menu especially I have my eye on the giant fish sandwich.

I’ve been a customer for over 25 years and since the Mother passed away the ingredients keep getting cheaper and weaker tasting. Cheese wasn’t melted throughout and the burger wasn’t as hot this time especially to be a made to order meal. Fries was hot but it waited on my onion rings and I ate them first and only the top of the pile was hot the rest were not even luke warm. Just not the best experience being gone for over 2 years and to come back and the chemistry is this far off. I’ve never had a dry burger AT BURGER PARK… but I’ll let you all decide if it looks like mayo and mustard fully dressed out burger or not. Back 2 Whataburger I go.
