Subway — Restaurant in Houston

I came to this subway to order my sandwich on 1/13/25 around 7:39pm, the woman that served me was extremely rude from preparing my meal and at the final transaction. I asked her no diet coke at the fountain drink, she said something with rude remark I did not her what she said. Then I was about to leave the restaurant the door was closed I called for her to open the door for almost 3-5 minutes. Then when I left the store she said another rude remarks I did not her again. Also, she was raising her hands like she was confronting me. This woman her attitude is extremely horrible. This is the worst customer service and worst place I have been to. That woman needs retraining, coached, or let go. I would never ever come to this place again. I would not recommend customers to even ...

Just ghetto. Store looks terrible. Staff not only looks terrible, but acts that way as well. Staff gets mad you order something, so they have to actually work. How that works? Asked her to cut my sandwich into quarters. She gone asked me, “What that mean?” Really? I just can’t with the ignorance and rudeness of it all. How is it that all these reviews complain about the orange wig with face tattoos,but she’s still there? Just ghetto. Dirty store in a dirty parking lot. No pride, but the attitude shows that. The people are niceish, but the food is so disgusting, idk why the rotisserie chicken looks wet, my food was cold and my cheese not melted enough. I wonder if their oven is broken had to wait 20 for the manager to get me the 25$ gift card and a free sub and they said they couldn't do it because they couldn't figure it out maybe that's why my food was cold. And the cashier said the loyalty card wasn't working so my $2 off from buying food didnt work. So they were about to not take my $50 which is understandable why they didn't want it, because it's high risk. But then I payed went home gave the kids and my husband they're food and Bam...
