Our group of 11 had a dreadful experience here. We should have realised when the first alarm bells went off as our booking was not confirmed until I rang up no less than FOUR times. We booked in July for September 2nd. On arrival they had a high table for 4 reserved with a few random coffee tables and chairs dotted about. Not suitable for a group gathering for eating and drinking when I had clearly specified that we wanted the large white table at the time of booking. Interestingly there was 1 man sat alone at the ‘said white table’ who informed us his friends were arriving in an hour!!!! Honestly the staff just couldn’t care less and did nothing to try and sort the situation so with that we voted with our feet and left. It would have been nice if they would have posted on their social media or website that they were closed for the night for a private event (I looked first) before my date and I spent money on an uber to get there only to be told they were closed and I couldn’t even sit outside and pay cash for a drink while the next uber came to pick us up. I get someone bought the place out, but I highly doubt they would have had any issue with us sitting outside and waiting on our uber. This place deserves a solid 10/10. The welcoming atmosphere exceeds any expectations you might have for a bar in the area. From the bartenders to the barbacks, everyone is incredibly friendly. The interior is cozy, while the outdoor patios are inviting, equipped with fans and fire pits to ensure your comfort. The drinks are always served cold and perfectly mixed. The restrooms and bar are clean and well-maintained. They are always ready for game days, with the games playing on TV.
