Overall it was unpleasant unfortunately. I arrived at 4pm, tried to spot a staff person looking my direction for a full half hour. I ordered a wine cocktail. They poured it from a can and left the can. Not really what I expected from a cocktail priced item or from a wine bar. 40 minutes after ordering a cheese and meat platter I was able to get someone to check on it and eventually it came. When I cashed out, they said they could not give me an itemized receipt unless I first gave my email address and paid. It was correct, but I was impressed with how bad the experience was. Wanted to take my wife out for her birthday to a great wine bar found this place with 5 stars, We were greated and we sat down near a group of older women. Our waitor introduced himself and it seemed like it was going great, until we were never checked on again, we waited for 25 minutes, there were two other tables getting served and waitied on by two men and the hostest, I never felt so negelected at a establishment like this. He had offered some orange wine that my wife was real interested in, and when we got up to pay our bill casue he never was going to return, he was acting like nothing happened and offered a free sample of the orange wine that my wife didnt even want to try at that point.
