Worst customer service I endured in a while. Order ahead per usual, get there to pick up order after I got the notifications order was ready, just to get there and be told my order isn’t there even though I had confirmation and payment was taken. He treated me like I made a fraudulent order, told me it’s nothing he can do without the order and then proceeded to tell me to call where I ordered and ask them what happened. How when I ordered from their app?! A real business would have fixed the food and helped me with canceling the order so I can pay them directly. But no he told me it’s nothing he can do about it. I spend $70 on some chicken tenders and you don’t even care to help the situation cause you wanted to treat me like I’m stealing. And when I got upset he asked if I needed some water. I left and 15 mins later he called and said the order came through and if I still wanted the food or to cancel it. I advised no because the service was horrible and I would never order with them again and he said well cancel it yourself then. I’m over poor customer service from these expensive chain food trucks. I hope they do better...

Ummmm first off, let me start by saying that I’ve been meaning to do this review for like a month, but kept getting busy and forgot…anyway, please do NOT go to this place if you have any hopes of keeping up with a diet plan because one stop to this place is not enough! I was in town for work when I went and bayyyyybeeee let me tell you…EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!!! I cannot wait until they open one in Dallas. I tried this out because it had good reviews but it took over an hour for my chicken to be cooked and ready because a fryer was not working. I don't care how good a chicken tastes like but it shouldn't take an hour for a food truck to cook their food. They should have told me and the rest of the irate customers that they only had one functioning fryer and they are behind schedule and if they don't mind the long waiting time rather than take all the orders without telling the customers that they have non functioning equipment. It is only but right to do so. The quality of the fries was bad and the chicken seemed it wasn't seasoned. Poor workers, if they are forced to work under those stressful conditions.
