If you’re looking for flavor, vibes, and top-tier service, Good Good Dripped Birria on South Main is the spot! From the moment I walked in, I felt the energy was right—clean space, great music, and the smell of that slow-cooked birria hits you instantly.

The quesabirria tacos were everything I hoped for—crispy edges, juicy meat, and that consomé dip? Next level. I also tried the birria ramen and dripped fries and let me just say… flavor overload in the best way possible. Everything was fresh, hot, and packed with bold, savory seasoning.

But what really made my visit stand out was the host, Sherlyn. She greeted us with a warm smile, gave great recommendations, and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. You could tell she really loves what she does—and it showed in the way she made everyone feel welcome. Her energy was everything!

Imagine working a 12 hour day and ending it at the hospital. You CAN’T WAIT to eat this ramen birria with a side of onions, cilantro, and lime. You’ve been dreaming of that crunch and sour/spicy consomé.

But they don’t pack your onion and cilantro that you chose as an option to be packed on the side. You also pay $0.50 cents for 3 tiny slices of these measly, DRY, and shriveled a* lime that have 1 drop of juice each. Is it because this order was a part of their BOGO free deal? So they just half-ased the order just to get it out the way? Maybe, who knows.

Anyways, the consomé was thick, extremely salty, and mediocre. I wasn’t expecting much from this place, but it just solidified our stance on never trying their other items. Maybe you’d like it if you’ve never had real birria and your taste buds don’t...

I googled restaurants near the hotel and called inquiring about Menu items and directions and the customer service was awful. Common courtesy goes along way with me. I finally scrolled down to Dripped Birria and on the first ring Dquavious introduced himself and you can always tell a smile through the phone. Omg it was refreshing to get such Southern Hospitality. His directions was precise and knowledge of the menu was impeccable. When I made it to restaurant such a beautiful restaurant my food was ready. Dquavious you will never know how your kindness gave me faith that simple Human Decency still exist. Check them you will not REGRET IT.. 10s Across...
