Dolphin Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Houston

This place is horrible regarding their service with Doordash and their menu availability!!!! I ordered on Doordash as a 1st time doordash user. First, I ordered my food at 9:30pm....it is 11:15pm and I still dont have my food which was guaranteed to arrive at 10:25pm. Problem 1: Dophlin Sport Bar did not have all of my order in stock but charged my credit card for ALL of it! Problem 2: once my dasher, Joseph W., (THE BEST DASHER IN THE WORLD!) got to the restuarant, THATS when he was told their doordash system was messed up. My dasher had to re-order my food while I was on the phone and wait 20min for the staff to communicate with each other in between the order. Then he had to call doordash customer service for them to process payment (a 51min call on three way). The dasher had to suggest Dolphin Bar and grill compensate me! They threw in a salad!!!! Are they serious!! This grill should be ashamed! I will NEVER suggest this...

The food looks nothing like the photos. I ordered medium well steak and received medium rare, my wife ordered the shrimp Alfredo and that was horrible. In all fairness my kids ordered the burger and they said they like the burger, but in reality the kids like all type of burgers. I thought to myself, maybe I ordered the wrong plate and probably would give them another chance in the future by ordering something different but the customer service was horrible (waiter) and to top it off, he charge us a 20% tip on our tab without permission. I just decided to pay the tab instead of causing a scene and told my wife we will never come back or recommend...

Ramada IAH in Humble Texas is the the place to be if you need to reside in Humble Texas maybe for a day , weeks or months !!!! Dolphin bar is up stairs and it's an amazing place to kick back , enjoy have multiple drinks get your buzz on and walk from the bar to your room.... I had a 2 month experience there working out of town and the beautiful, sexy most AMAZING mixologist " Bartender " I've ever met !!!! Love this bar / home !!!! if ever there ask for Tabitha she is amazing in every way , tell her Brian sent you!!! Lol... Tuesday and Thursday steak night for $12, it is fu**ing phenomenal!!!! THANKS TABITHA LOVE AND MISS YOU...
