Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Houston

I ordered a 32 piece cinnamon bread bites and was given Parmesan bites. Upon getting home I realized it was wrong and called the store and was informed to bring it back. My children are a few of the bites so when I brought it back the employee would not give me what I ordered but instead had an attitude and said she can only give me how many I brought back. I informed her that it was not my fault they got the order wrong and I am having to go out of my way to come all the way back and use my gas money to fix there mistake so it should be corrected. She proceeded to argue with me and then got the manager involved which told me that if I was to contact corporate that she would be the one to receive the complaint and just get rid of it the managers name is Jackie she was very rude and told me it was not her problem that I had to waste gas to come all the way back for her mistake and asked me if I would give her her time back that I'm wasting so she can go home to her kids. I believe no manager should speak to a customer this way nor any human being for that matter. She shows lack of customer service skills, lack of customer resolution training, And overall proves to be one of the many reasons this dominoes store is not thriving. I will be leaving reviews on every website I can find about this incident and letting the community know that this company is okay with letting their customers be treated like this. Although the pizza was punctual and made correctly, the driver was a rude... I don't even want to finish that sentence due to the amount of profanity it would require. I had my brother answer the door for the pizza, and the driver told him the pizza was $14. However, when I placed the order for the pizza online, the total including the delivery fee was only $11. When I gave my brother the money for the pizza, he double checked the price with the guy, and the guy told him that it was $14. Due to the fact that my brother didn't want to cause a scene, he unknowingly paid the guy the $14 and $3 for tip, and the guy didn't even give him a receipt to confirm the price. When he returned upstairs with only $2 left of the $20 I gave him, I double checked the price on my email confirmation, and it was indeed $11. This angered me, and so I called the store and told them the situation. After it was explained, the manager told him he would have to go and return $4 to me. However, during the phone call I could hear him rudely yelling in the background about the situation, and when he showed up at my door, as he pulled out the money he owed me, he gave me a long winded lecture in a rude and snarky tone about how he wasn't trying to con anyone. He continued to lecture about how he didn't appreciate me calling his manager over this, and when he returned the money he owed me, he didn't bother to straighten out the bills, but just handed them to me crumpled in his hand. Overall, although I enjoyed the pizza, I definitely do not believe that it was worth the rudeness...

This was the most disgusting place I have ever been if you guys are still ordering from here i wouldn’t!. I HIGHLY would not recommend this place AT ALL I bless you guys souls if you do and hopefully you guys don’t get sick. The customer service was horrible even over the phone nobody there speaks any English they will be you on hold for a 1hr. They get your order wrong AND they don’t even use any gloves😖 to prepare your food you have no idea if these people even washed their hands. The manager was horrible as well she doesn’t know how to have integrity for people or proper Customer Service VERY disrespectful and I wouldn’t spend your hard working money on these type of people PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION I even have footage of how discriminating they are and the African guy you see threatened me with a knife because I’m trying to state that my order was incorrect which I will be posting on all my social media platforms with over 500,000 followers I usually don’t post things like this, but this needs to be spoken out about nobody , I mean, NOBODY should be treated the way how I was treated. I can’t post the footage on here, but you guys are definitely going to see the footage somewhere on a platform but I’ll definitely be posting like snippets of the footage on here so that way you guys can find it.
