Fusion Eats — Restaurant in Houston

At first I would've given them 2 stars, but after emailing them about my concerns, they accommodated. The first time I had their breakfast tacos, the price was high and the food was cold. I felt like they precooked the food before I came. The register took too long to process the payment and modifications were not allowed.

This was my second time coming here after I spoke with their management. I now will rate them 4 stars. Reason being, they were able to modify no tortilla and to give me extra potatoes, the food was hot as should be, and the time at the register was efficient. I now can go up to my floor to eat without being gone for more than 7 minutes. They were very accommodating and I admire business owners who can take feedback and change. Food was good! I got the bacon and eggs like the first time and the flavors were delicious especially with their home made red salsa. I do see inconsistency here. OMG! My new favorite place! First of all, the ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant was impeccable. The manager, Richard, was very accommodating and willing to serve as manager is commendable. We ate queso, which was my first time having cheese with seafood in it. Didn’t think I would like it, but I may never be able to have beef queso again! Tacos are delicious, but the service is SUPER slow!! Those working, seemed VERY confused and unorganized. The crew really needs guidance n help, esp during the lunch hour. It's a nice place and could have more business if service was better. My office is in the same building and I called in my order. Was told it would be ready in 10 mins, I went down in 15 mins and had to wait another 15 mins. With 15 mins left of my lunch break, I had to scarf down my food. I don't like this location.
