Hartz Chicken Buffet — Restaurant in Houston

HORRIBLE. THE SECOND VISIT & NO ONE WAS WEARING GLOVES R WASHING THEIR HANDS. I HAD TO ASK THE CASHIER TO WASH HIS HANDS & PUT ON GLOVES. HE TOOK MY ORDER & CASH ME OUT, THEN HE PROCEEDED TO FIX MY FOOD. I TOLD HIM THAT WAD UNACCEPTABLE. HUS MANAGER CANE OUT ASKING IF THEIR WAS A PROBLEM. I RESPONDED YES THERE IS.BHE NEEDS TO WASH HIS HANDS & PUT ON GLOVES. SHE TOLD ME HE COULD DO ONE R THE OTHER. I TOLD HER THIS IS NOT HOW THAT WORKS. SHE RELUCTANTLY ASKED HIM TO WASH & PUT ON GLOVES. I WAS SICK ALL DAY AFTERWARDS. I LITERALLY BROUGHT EVERYTHING BACK UP IN MY OFFICE AFTER EATING THAT AWFUL MESS. NEVER AGAIN! I'M REPORTING THEM. THEY ALSO HAD AN EMPLOYEE JUST COMING IN TO START HER SHIFT. SHE STARTING BAGGING & SOON AS SHE WALKED IN. NEVER...

Went in to get some fresh hot fried chicken (8 pc meal) to go. The chicken was taken off the buffet and boxed up. I had a not so fantastic feeling about that due to I have no idea (although I did) how long that bird had been sitting on that pile heated by a lamp. The mashed potatoes came off the buffet as well and the gravy was added to the mashed potatoes instead of a separate container (not enough gravy) - So I will never return to Wallisville at 610 location and will go to my KFC! I drove from Wallisville and Beltway 8 cause my Hart's closes at 6 on Saturday ( why so early?) This stand closes at 7pm - guess that's how you get rid of cold...

They are very rude the employees dont speak english i had an order of gizzards i had to take back they told me they were making fresh when i got home with my order they were tough like leather called and complain went back they were trying ro give me an individual order instead of a family order like what i had ordered before the place just stinks i only go there now to buy my dogs chicken otherwise i go to corner of uvalde and wallisville the service there os fantastic. Stay away from truckers paradise...
