Need better customer service. The young lady, I assumed is the owner, need to realize she lives in America now. Her tone of voice to customers and employees could be more polite. It would show you have an education that is not from a 3rd world country. She was never rude to me, but the few times there I had observed her being very impolite to others including the ladies that are employed there. You are young. Be better.

I used to love going here because of the quality and fair portioned size of the food, but now my favorite co?m rieu (a fermented Northern Vietnamese rice) is water down and the che- and other desserts price has gone exponentially up while portion is 3/4 or 1/2 of what it used to be. DO NOT GO HERE.

I got charged for items that I didn’t even buy. The receipt isn’t even itemized so good luck figuring out what they charged you for here. Not only that, they tried to take out more in tip fees.

The food is not only overpriced, but lacks flavor. Quality is lacking and it seems like some of the food has been sitting out for a while.

Not everything is priced so they might give you a price for an item that’s more than it’s actual value. Their tofu is only $5 in the Vietnamese grocery store that carries their items but when getting it directly, they charged $9. Sketchy business.

You’d have better luck going to Duc Phuong Thach Che than coming here. DONT GET SCAMMED AND DONT GET MEDIOCRE...

I love the sticky rice with coconut here. They were the best around in Houston, Tx. I've tried a lot from many different places but nowhere can compare to here yet. I like it how their sticky rice with coconut was not over done with oil inside. Also when I went there with my two kids to buy some foods and left my phone behind. The young lady there were very sweet and kept it for me until I came back for it. The older lady check me out, she was very sweet. Hands down for their sweet and kind customer service! Definitely would be back here when I'm back to...
