This place is so small with all the tables close to each other, even when you check out you need to get out of the way when the server is bringing out order. We came on the soft-opening weeks with 20% off, but honestly we wont be coming back. The taste is not good enough to compare to the similar Hu tieu restaurant in Bellaire, even worse! The broth is salty, the sauce for dry noodle is too sweet! I didn't even finished half of the bowl. The server is not well-trained, I dont know if he took my order completely wrong even he already repeated twice or the chef made it wrong! Anyway, Bellaire has so many options to choose from, if this one not improve better I don't think it...

It is their soft opening week with 20% discount however their soup base is not bone broth all the way cooking, it does have msg and rock candy to created the broth taste. The service was a mess, servers were all over the place, there were customers with no food while some were waiting for more than 15 minutes to some even walked out. I don’t know why they got 1 or 2 stars reviews. The food is good, I’d rate 7/10 for their dried noodles. The place is kinda small but they are trying to maximize all the space as much as possible which makes sense.
