La Pupusa Alegre — Restaurant in Houston

First, I want to say the pupusas were good! I bought chicharon (which are very popular according to the man who took my order) and the bean ones were so cheesy. They're about a big decent size. Reasonable price for them. However, the man who greeted me was very polite but I wish I was offered a menu or list of what other options they had for pupusas or other potential items I could have ordered. OMG, I wish we had Salvadorean Restaurants here in the Corpus Area, bu unfortunately we don't, so everytime I have a chance that I'm in Houaton I stop by and seriously I wish I could take the cook back home with me lol. This place is amazingly good, w/variety of Pupusas, to their Platano Macho w/Refried Beans, or their Tamales. Wow I definitely wish they'd move over here. They need to remodel and have nicer people! Their prices are for a restaurant in downtown, not a place falling apart. They ladies have an attitude, not very welcoming. Just find another place. Not worth the time or money spent here, plus the parking is a junkyard! Holes everywhere! I don’t think they have a license to sell food. You are basically gambling with your health here.
