This is the first time I absolutely need to write a review because of how bad my experience was. If I could rate this zero star, I will.
I came into the store to purchase a stage 2 Faja(garment) and the lady in the store showed me where to find the stage2 garment. She told me if I buy from the rack on the right, I will get 50% off. (This rack had a red tag above boldly written 20%-50% off). The second rack to the left was full price items($150).
After trying both on I decided to pick a garment from the rack on the right and wore it. When I walked out the fitting room, I let her know I’ll be taking this garment I have on then she cuts the tag off.
I asked her, how much do I owe - she says 150. I’m thinking okay, so I get 50% off correct? She then says no. I told her what she said when I walked in and she switched up and said she meant to say buy 1 full price and get the second item half off. After going back and forth she switched it up again and said she can give me 20% off.
I walk back to the rack and pull out the same exact garment but in a different size and it had the price tag at about $87.50 attached to it (can’t remember the exact price but less than $90 I believe). I take it to her and ask her how come size S(the size I had) is $150 but size XS is $87.50.
P.S: My garment did not have a price tag attached to it like the size XS did but it was the exact same brand/type but just a different size.
I requested to speak to the manager because I did not appreciate being told something and then last minute told another. I wasn’t able to speak to the manager because she said the manager was not available. After spending almost 2hours at the store, she comes back to say in this exact words “it’s $160 and she can give 15%, i want or not?”
I’m like 160 now?!!! From where, like huh? So me being confused, she goes on to say she closes by 7, so pretty much telling me to make up my mind and leave.
I ended up taking it off and leaving the store without making a purchase.
To the manager - if an item is buy one get one free then make it visible. You can’t just put only 20%-50% off this rack and not add buy one get one half off if that’s really the case. That item was NOT $150 but because I looked a certain way and the type of bag I carry, you assume I have extra money to give or hence the reason why I was clearly overcharged.

After I was measured, I tried on the size recommended and it was too big. I opted to the next size and made my purchase. I had somewhere to go, so I got dressed putting the faja on. Before I could make it down my stairs, it was rolling up and digging into my skin. I immediately went took it off and changed my entire outfit. I went to the store to return the items(I purchased two) and was told no refunds. I stated that the website states that it can be returned. She said they are separate from the website. Really?
