Ordered Uber eats- after order was placed I was called to informed some of the items that I ordered were out of. And was not able to take it off the list to go through the app and process. I couldn’t revised the order bc it was already in progress. I called back and she practically laughed on the phone and stated we’ll just have to go through customer support on Uber. Fast forward, food was delivered and we didn’t get some of the items on our order, called the uber driver who basically stated i dont know what you saying what do you want me to do about it which was explained to him several times that we didn’t get our shake. We called Mama’s to explained what happened but the lady stated that she packed it and was adamant that she packed up all the shakes in a bag which when we recieved the bag there were no shakes just 2 straws a can drink.
