I just had the worst experience with my pregnant daughter at this McDonald's!!!!!!! We went through the drive-thru and told me to pull up to the third window and they would bring me my smoothie and blueberry muffin. Several minutes later, the employee opened the window and tossed my muffin to me and shut the door before I could say anything else. So, I started honking my horn to get their attention... finally somebody came back and I asked for my smoothie... they shut the door quickly again, before I could finish saying what I wanted to say. They brought back my smoothie and it wasn't even full and then I had to honk my horn again and tell them that I needed ketchup mayonnaise and salt and the gentleman was so rude and gave me a very dirty look!!! He said those items were already in your bag! After he handed me over a handful of condiments, we left...we were almost out of the parking lot when my daughter noticed that the condiments have been opened the ketchup was all over the packets...they were stuck together and it was extremely gross! So I turned around and this time we went inside. I'm talking to the manager and she was also extremely rude!!! finally I just asked for my money back and told them that I was going to be calling corporate... she only gave me half of my money back because I had the receipt in the car. Read moreThis was the most terrible experience I have ever came upon . I ordered my food for my children on the mobile app I went to pick up like normal. I get there and whey said they don’t have my order then lied to my face about the address when it’s written on the door basically questioning my intelligence. Then the young lady who lied about address calls manager the manager Gloria she laughs in my face says that she can’t find the order so I then proceed to work so I stood there asking and showing all the proof from the app all the way up into the money being taking out my account . This clearly was a simple problem that this lady couldn’t solve I don’t see how this could possible be the manager of this location she barely spoke English she has low comprehension skills and has no type of communication skills . This is ridiculous I have no understanding to this situation. 1 plus 1 equal 2 . It was that simple of a problem. If you gave away my order just accept that and apologize and move on and make the order . It’s not that hard . It is clear that they have the wrong people working here and need to brush up on there communication skills English and work skills. She is truly terrible as a manager. Read more9 months waiting for a bagel breakfast sandwich. Ok. Pandemic. Right. I'm told it's coming back. I am calm and patient.
Then today. I finally find it available on the app to order! Order placed! Arrive and told they don't have bagels and haven't had them for months. Mad, but ok. I'm an adult here. Then having to call customer service for a refund because the store can't do it. Grrrr. They can't find the store even when I read the address off the emailed receipt THREE times. Then the store also did not help me despite talking to two managers. Over 20 minutes on the phone, plus 20 minutes driving. Still no refund.
I am now a toddler. Oh, NOW I'm also mad about the lack of styrofoam cups and the ice cream machine always being down. If Walmart is able to process my refund for a missing or damaged item in the app with literally 10 seconds of my time, McD can do it in the app too! Or how about not offering items for sale that you don't have and haven't had for months!
