I visited this location for the $25 family meal (12 chicken tenders 4 sides and 4 drinks) several issues with this visit I'll start wit the most annoying and go from there 1. Drive through atmosphere is horrible turning in to the drive thru window is a super tight squeeze you have to even reverse several times to get to the actual window....Please pay to expand the parking lot customers should not have to risk damaging their cars to get a meal....(My girlfriend even scraped my car trying to pull around this ridiculous drive thru). 2. The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside however the meat on the inside was uncooked...my guess is the put on too much breading and cooked them extremely fast from scratch...problem is I had to wait 10+minutes for my order and was asked to pull up closer to the exit so other orders can grab and go smh..To make matters worse due to the drive thru fiasco I was forced to park next to a "Stinking" trash can with flies while I waited on my order...3. NO SIDE SELECTIONS how dare u offer four sides with no variety in the selections im tired of beans and rice plu 6 minutes extra four macaroni? Why not have this prepped since you know the $25 deal will mos6 likely be the most popular item? Increase the quantity duhhh...All of these points add to the list of horrible restaurant experiences I go through on a daily basis...PS. you have enough money to expand the parking lot let's start there. When I arrived after calling they had no Chicken prepared and said it would take 15 to 20 minutes. I was asked if I wanted to wait. I said I will wait but I think yāall shouldāve had Chicken prepared and when you see, the chicken is getting low, other chicken should be dropped. Since I have to wait 20 minutes, could I have a complementary drink, the young woman standing near her answered and said no.. I asked to speak to the manager and she said I am the manager. I shared that in the past, if there was a wait, a complementary drink was offered, and she said no, we donāt do that anymore. Thatās in the past. Since youāre not prepared with the chicken, it would be a nice gesture. The manager said itās on you because you said you would wait. The Young manager said I can give you your money back if you want me to and I stated that Iāve driven all the way over here to get the chicken so of course I donāt want to wait but I have to wait since you donāt have it prepared. I thought the manager needed more training in dealing with people as well as managing too. Two of them were holding the customer food container with their fingers. The side of their hand was touching the fries and chicken. As they bagged the order, their hands were touching more. I spoke to a hispanic male worker in a blue shirt and a hispanic female in a black shirt. They weren't wearing name tags with a sloppy uniform. She claim her name was LUPE, giving me the wrong number to POPEYES CORPORATE OFFICE. She had a very bad attitude, because I asked about them not wearing gloves. She had negative body language, rolling her eyes, ignoring me, and writing the wrong number down (800)-popeyes. When I told her the number wasn't a working number, she rolled her eyes again (like she'd rather fight me) and said, " Well that's the damn number". Through the browser, the number is 877-popeyes. She knew she wrote 800, instead of 877. She refused to get a business card from the office. That's why she wrote it down on a torn piece of paper. People like that should not represent any establishment. She was unprofessional! I drove all the way to KFC and had far better service! Thank you KENTUCKY...
