Please be careful when you check out! I feel like I was scammed, either that or the tipping culture is getting out of hand!!

Got my usual hawaiii tea. And when prompted to the tipping menu. I selected NO TIP. But when I check the receipt. My total was 8.20$! TIP WAS ADDED to my bill. I asked the staff and they reported tip is AUTOMATICALLY ADDED, I need to select something to remove it. Which means when the tip screen is prompted, you’re adding ADDITIONAL tip to the automatic 15%. So if you select 15% you’re actually tipping 30%!

IN WHAT WORLD DOES THAT MAKES SENSE?! Read the screen. Make sure everything is correct before you scan your card.

Will not return. I really enjoy RNB. But when they run a sneaky business, they’ve lost...

I have to say the bellaire location's inconsistency in sweetness level of the Hawaiian drink annoyed me enough to make this review. I'm a weekly purchased type a person. Every week I buy up to 2 to 3 drinks togo. And you know what the most frustrating thing is? I bought 100% sugar but sometimes got 0%,30% and 50% sweetness for them all. I paid over $20 for this and I just had to deal with it because I found out a day later. There was a time I drank at the store but they made my first drink tasted like 30%. I got a remake right there but it even worse....like water. It took my friend came up to them 2 times for them to get it right. I just gonna give this store one more chance then Imma opt out for another...
