I ordered a sandwich on the app which it says that this location closed at 10:00 pm and place my order at 8:50 went to pickup and the they closed at 9:00 even though that it was there fault for not coordinating with the app for closing time I was ok with a refund but they couldn't do it at the moment and told me that they will be doing it next day first thing, and again I was ok with it. The never refund anything so I stop by 4 days later to see what's going on with my money and again I was told next day all this went on for a month with me stoping by 4 times to the store and they never fix it, they are so incompetent to do a simple refund which it takes no longer than a minute, so I ended it up calling my card company which the refund the money on the same call 🤙 no issues. And it's not about the money 'cos is not much but it's about the principal.

Read moreI normally don’t leave comments but this experience needed to be said… I placed an online order at 9pm the store doesn’t close till 10pm I picked my order up at 9:20pm good enough time for my order to done correctly before closing HOWEVER IT WASN’T I’ve gotten the “outlaw sandwich” I asked for Extra lettuce, banana peppers, tomatoes and green onions… I’ve gotten little banana peppers and NO LETTUCE NO TOMATOES AND NO GREEN ONIONS that’s very very very unacceptable for you guys and then my wife called to see what’s going and to try to resolve the issue but they wanted us to leave the house to come back up there at 9:45 when their closing to add my ingredients back like…..
