Lived here for two years, when I moved in they had rats in the unit and would claim pest control would fix it, they never did. I had to look and find entry points and seal them off. Then after 6 months I noticed that they would increase my rent by $20 when I would complain they blamed it on the city saying water cost increased I know the city does not increase water constantly and it would not be by this much. When I moved in they advertised the rent to be $850 when I applied they said it was $900 plus utilities ended up paying $1000, on my last month I was paying over $1070 in rent due to their mint increases my rent without notice. Also horrible neighborhood drug dealer hand around in the store across the street. I would see women scared to go across because they would always get harassed by the men selling drugs. Some had to call the police because on of those drug addicts broke into some ones apartment. On my last year there all of the cars were broken into and the apartment security claimed they didn’t see anything and they couldn’t do anything to help us so over 20 people had to file police reports without the complex’s help. My car was towed away because they gave my parking spot that I pay for to a new tenant and told told me that it was my responsibility to change it to a new spot, I made them release my car without me having to pay but they refused to have the town company bring it back so I had to loose work and then pay for an Uber to take me to get my car 45 min. away from the apartments. The water was always brown if I didn’t use it through out the night, I had to run the water for 10-15 min. for it come out clear. The AC would constantly break down I had to report a complaint multiple times and then the hater when it was cold also broke down multiple times. When it was supposedly fixed they said it’s gonna make some noice but juts deal with it basically, so every time the AC was running I would hear a loud humming and ticking. Now they are trying to charge me $400 for supposedly damaged blinds but they kept my $350 deposit. Do not move here it’s run down they don’t care about you, they have had multiple city violations. The complex itself is always dirty and has garbage everywhere. After moving out of the apartment, we had put our 60 day notice and they’re still trying to charge us a late fee. We have proof to support that we’ve been trying to contact the office back to resolve the issue and never receive a call back. We call multiple times throughout the months and no response. Now over half a year later they sent us to collections. They’re trying to charge us $3,000 for an incorrect charge. This also is now lowering my credit of course and just completely is irresponsible as a company. All i’m wanting to do is get in touch with the manager to show that we’re attempting to communicate but it’s not mutual. With each day that passes it adds more money to their incorrect charges and worsens my credit. They can’t respond ever but are very quick to file to collections. Its terrible apartments!!! I lived here for five yrs and it just constant problems!!!! No parking and constantly having my cars towed outta my reserve parking space and when come to my apartment they never fix things properly or in timely manner and they went up 200 dollars on the rent … For these apartments that have absolutely No amenities and don’t respect theirs tentants!!! Oh yea they have the nerve to stop accepting Housing for these apartments !!!!! It’s cause they won’t even keep apartments up to regulations with Housing!!! I got mold in my apartment right Now!!
