I am not a happy camper and shame on me for following up with a Tik Tok influencer promoting the food. Ok now if my shrimp wasn't rubbery, and my rice looked as though it's was a mixture of fresh and old then I will have agreed with the gentleman. Do the rice suppose to be two different colors, and such stuck together! I cook but I don't mind supporting businesses because I like food but darn it. This was not cool nor the day when I actually wanted to eat out and make you all my hunger spot on today. But not the case on today when my co-worker and I called in the order. 25 minutes was the wait period, I came in paid, and walked will you left off the drinks but you stated it was one drink but weird we both placed a order and you heard one drink but still didn't give the drink because you stated you forget. YYYEEESSSS I'm not returning nor will I refer they can find out hear about it on their own because if their good turn out like what I bought and it was darn near a $50.00 order I do not want to be held accountable. So I give it a one star and HOPEFULLY they do a little better. But I am REALLLYYY hurt because I do not have the time nor energy to drive back to that side of town!! Thanks allot TP Seafood on Cullen 🫣 now I'm going to stand corrected because once told by a CO-WORKER don't throw it away call back up there and I finally did. I spoke with a gentleman name LaRon which happen to have amazing customer service told me to don't throw it away. Since today is Saturday they closed Sunday bring it back on Monday and they will take care of me.Well I'm going to see if they do me right this time.. Way to go LaRon on trying to change my out look on the facility. Let's see.. Updateok LaRon now I see I must have to come when y'all first open because the appearance on the food was"TOTALLY" different. I appreciate you owning up to your word and rectifying the situation. I applaud your customer service. Yep that was a big difference in I was like . Wow. Continue serving the community. Update ‼️ last photo was the remake and that was much better, fresher and the rice Monk Rice is good but I'll cool my own shrimp but what I can say if you don't feel like cooking...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at CJ Seafood. Over the past 10 years, I have been a loyal and happy customer, particularly appreciating the excellent service provided by Shanora and the tall gentleman from your team.

However, my most recent interaction with a new staff member named CJ was disappointing. The service I received was rude, inconsiderate, and overall unsatisfactory. My order was not accurately taken, resulting in receiving incorrect items such as soft fried fish instead of the requested hard fried catfish and dry salads.

I was informed that I needed to return the food for correction, which would require a 45-minute drive across town. This inconvenience, coupled with the poor service received, has left me extremely disheartened.

As a loyal customer who values respect and integrity in service, I feel it is important to bring this matter to your attention. While I am willing to overlook the monetary loss of my order, I urge you to consider the impact of such experiences on customer retention.

I believe that hiring individuals who prioritize customer satisfaction is crucial for the success of your business. I trust that you will take appropriate action to address these concerns and uphold the standard of excellence your establishment is known for.

So if you happen to just roll into this place, be sure to order with the well spoken tall gentleman, or the cute little lady of management, the rest of the staff is trash...

My honest opinion as a first time customer.

Food was honestly not bad.Shrimp fried rice is not authentic, and I think their Chinese American not real Chinese so u can taste the difference. Fried fish was ok but I'm biased cuz Acme fish on homestead and tidwell has the best fish.it was seasoned well.it was sooo much food I fed 1 adult and 3 kids. Tomatos for salads is not fresh but ppl in this neighborhood wouldn't notice the difference so I get that. The gumbo was good very flavorful....

Honestly the only bad thing is the shrimp fried rice. It's incorporated with salad shrimp, and green onions. It has no flavor, and does not taste like traditional Chinese food it probably was a black cook.... It's essentially just yellow rice and vegetables sprinkled with baby shrimp.

Be prepared for the culture shock.i couldn't understand the cashier's accent it's not a country twang more so that ghetto dialect.The ppl at the place are selling stuff and u almost feel obligated to give money...it was a weird experience but were full...

The employees were very nice,the food came out fast and hot,and the place was clean.....
