Came tonight, BARELY got potato with our spudz. My parents are in town visiting and my dad wanted to try for his 66th bday. The last time I was here it was so full of and heavy. I was called and told my food was ready only to be told on the phone they didn’t have burgers so I had to settle for chicken tenders, THEN I get there and my food is not ready. Then was told they ran out of butter…smh. My order was almost $200 and to have SCRAPS for potatoes is very frustrating!! I don’t know if management changed but I won’t be back after this! My mom, mother-in-law, and husband stated the steak and brisket were rubbery, and hard to chew. I’m giving 2 stars bc my dad said his potato was good although it was small (but at that PRICE!).

I am writing to express my disappointment with the consistent errors in orders from this restaurant. My daughter has ordered baked potatoes from this location on multiple occasions, and each time, her order has been incorrect, necessitating a return trip to have it corrected. Previously, I had ordered from them a couple of months ago and was impressed with the flavor of my baked potato, but unfortunately, the meat was burnt and overcooked. Tonight, I decided to give them another chance, as I was craving a baked potato, and I explicitly requested that the meat be tender. Unfortunately, the brisket in my baked potato was still tough and lacked seasoning. As a result, I will not be returning to this location.
