Wendy's — Restaurant in Houston

I'm very surprised that this Wendy's has a rating of 3.7! Came by with my family tonight 10/13/23 to have dinner and I must say right off the back that this Wendy's is very clean and it's inside or connected to a store. The service on a scale from 1-10 I rate it a 8.5 it was pretty good. What I really really loved the most about this certain location was that the burgers were so freakin delicious. I was able to actually taste the flavors in that meat the veggies were fresh and the fries were perfect, right amount of salt perfect crunch and not greasy at all. The only thing that I am disappointed with is the actual size of the burgers because they are pricey and not that big. For the price of those combo meals those burgers should be big like a Whataburger burger...because $49 for a family of 4 and burgers small like a Poppa Burger burger it's not good. Placed an order at the location from my mobile app and when I got there the girl working the window said she could not find my order. I gave them both my name and the name on my mobile account, and she still could not find the order, but she wasn't really looking for it. She went and got a manager who did the exact same thing she did, and she could not find the order. I tried showing them the order number and they said they could not use it after asking me what it was. So, then I tried to place my order at the window since I was already there, and the girl proceeds to tell me Uh ma'am there's a car behind you. The car had literally just pulled up and they hadn't started their order yet because all 3 of them were at the window. Neither of them put any effort into...

Do not go to this location ever. On 3/6/18 when I ordered at the drive-thru and the person asked if I wanted my burger double or triple. I said double. I also upsized my meal to a medium.

When I got to the window to pay, the girl started to hand me a small drink instead of the medium drink I ordered. She finally handed me my correct drink with the lid not secure and the drink almost spilling out.

The previous time I was there they handed me my drink with soda dripping on the outside of the cup. I had to ask them to wipe off the cup before they handed it to me.

I got home and unwrapped my burger to see that I only got a single patty not a double as I ordered. I will not be coming back to this...
