Arby's — Restaurant in Howard

I ordered the prime rib small combo with a cheese cup and a natural lemonade. When I got to the window, the guy didn't really seem friendly jus told me my total n seemed bothered, I would have expected that kind of attitude from a busy line but it was just me in DT. Then I give him the cash but I don't get a thank you or smile or anything. So I brushed it off because we all have days n maybe this was his. He did ask me if I wanted a receipt but I declined (I'm thinking I should have took it now), but then I get back to work to eat my food and my cheese sauce looked old and like its been sitting forever, my natural lemonade had a funny taste to it (also tasted old), and my sandwich tasted nuked (chewy bread, no flavor, sketchy looking meat). I was definitely disappointed n will not make that attempt to try this location again. For 12$, I would have at least expected (at minimum) food that didnt taste, look, and feel. My stomach was turned off n barely ate any of it let alone drink their pricier lemonade. What a waste.. at least I could...

Ordered ahead online at 5:56. Set the pick up time for 6:15. Went to the drive up window at 6:09 to let them we were there and admitted I was a few minutes early. They said they didn't even have the order yet and told me to park in a spot and they would bring it out. 6:15 came and went. Nothing. 6:20 came and went. Nothing. 6:25 came so I went in. Mind you two cars had gone through the drive thru, and a third in the parking spot next to me, while I'm waiting. Our food was on the shelf. As I grabbed it the gal said did you have a pick up order. I said yes, this is mine. Then I said I thought you were going to bring it out to the car. She said, oh, we just completed it. This is the second time in this same thing happened. It WILL NOT happen...

Not one to typically say anything however, I've been to this location many times and had good experiences. This time though, the young guy at the window was the dirtiest person I've ever seen working at ANY restaurant in my 50 years. Long, messy, greasy hair, unshaved with teeth that look like they have mustard smeared across all of them. Dirty hands. Dirty, dry sweat stained clothes that look like they were pulled from under a rock. I've seen fellow Marines that were in the desert for a month that weren't close to that bad. I know this is harsh but where are the food service standards? Ridiculous. I threw my food in the trash and made a meal at home. Enough is enough. Where is the manager to send them home to clean...
