Went in early in the week to order enough for our baby shower Sat. Ordered the 12 pack catering order with 2 extra subs on wheat bread so I was sure to have enough for 12. I specified my order repeatedly and told the guy I want cheese on all. Iāll take ALL toppings on the side so guests could build there own. I said Iāll pay extra for more sides because I want plenty. The bill was over $70. This is the catered subs. I was so EMBARRASSED. I was trying to grab cheese from my own fridge in a frenzy. 3 tiny containers of onions. 2 tiny containers of cucumber slices. Enough tomatoes for some reason. After the party I went back to Jimmy Johnās and asked to speak to the manager who was there when I placed the original order. I showed her the pictures and she just kept repeating āunfortunately this is how our catering order comesā. I will try to get a refund by calling corporate Monday when someone is in the office. I will update. They deserve ZERO stars. Terrible customer service. The manager should be intelligent enough to find a resolution. Second time, my sandwich wasn't ready and I waited in store for an extra 20 mins. BUT THIS LAST TIME TOOK THE CAKE!! Ordered through app for pick-up, met my husband there, sat down to eat and my sandwich had no meat. Brought it up to the counter to get fixed and this employee in a red JJ shirt rolls his eyes and scoffs at me like I did something wrong. The number 16 club Lulu and right before they made my mom's order I switched the sandwich bread because I forgot how small the wheat slices are cuz it's not like Subway bread. But as soon as I got home when my mom and I were unpacking our sandwiches, my mom found out that one of the sandwiches was not toasted and the number on it was completely wrong. It was the vegetarian sandwich instead of the club Lulu sandwich. So I called and I went back to get my other sandwich and they told me to keep the veggie one which I will gladly give to my sister.
