Bojangles — Restaurant in Hudson

I love Bojangle's but I'm really annoyed that I ordered in the app this morning at 11:38 & said my order was ready at 11:42. I sat in the curb side pick up for about 30 minutes noticing they were busy. The app said to call the store. I did. No answer. 5 more tries. I saw the car beside me get brought their order as I was preparing to go inside but the worker made eye contact with me which made me think I'd be next as noone else was in those spots. I waited another 20ish minutes after still not getting an answer on the phone. I go in wait in line where I meet a gentleman who has also been waiting over 45 minutes for his online order. When the look for my order & ask tons of questions, I then get handed a bag that has been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. I open the bag & I can feel the food is cold. I mention this to the employee who just keeps apologizing that noone let her knew the order was ready or that I was out there. Not acknowledgement of my cold food. At this point I'm over this & just leave bc I'm being ignored. I get home to find that BOTH of my biscuits are missing cheese which I paid 60 cents extra for both of them. I did get to dump my drink out & fix it. But I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!! A TRUE WASTE OF BOTH...

My friends and I ate here today on our lunch break and the experience was not good. Before we ordered I asked the cashier if the chicken was fresh and she looked me straight in the face, lied and said yes!!! The only reason I asked was because I also ate here two and a half weeks prior to this and the chicken again was NOT FRESH. So, for me to ask if the chicken is fresh BEFORE ordering and then get lukewarm, old looking, dark dry, unseasoned chicken???? Totally screams IDC about customer satisfaction and I'm just here to get a paycheck. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing in my combo was fresh. It's like they cook ONE batch of everything for the day and just serve it through the day, until they have to make some more,heating the fries up in the microwave. I mean how long are they letting that chicken sit there? A decent and good manager would never allow such occurrences! I can understand one bad experience but I ate here two and half weeks ago and had the same looking chicken I had today and the time before that was back in November. Three different occasions and the same results each time, no change. Insane! I would not recommend eating at this Bojangles unless you...

I have been going to this place for years, your results may vary on the food. I mostly go through the drive thru in the mornings for a biscuit and coffee. On weekends me and my daughter like to go out for cajun filet sandwiches. I like to get buttered jelly biscuits, sometimes I get butter sometimes I don't, last time I got no butter and they didn't bother cutting it open. I am picky when it comes to my biscuits and I love butter but today was the list straw, this location is also notorious for leaving food and condiments out of the order. I have started going to the location in Hudson NC which is out of the way but at least the food and service is tolerable plus the employees are friendly. There are a couple of employees at the Granite Falls location that are very nice (you know who you are) but the others are not so friendly and do not take care of your culinary wishes and you can tell by their attitude they do not care. I could go on and on about my experiences but I get tired of griping...
