Mcdonalds — Restaurant in Hudson

Busy Sunday! Many tables waiting on their food. This appears to be a post-Covid built McDonalds, with no drink stations or other conveniences such as plasticware, etc. A Walk-Up station had functionality for both mobile pick ups as well as drink refills, getting something that was missing from orders, etc.

We watched as two people rushed back and forth carrying food/drink to the tables with the number "flags" from the ordering kiosks. We felt sorry for them as they were doing all they could at this pace. Both ladies were pleasant and trying to make the best of the situation.

We received our food. No Splenda packet (yes ordered), luke-warm, bitter decaf. I went to the station to get my Splenda and as I started to eat I realized I had no butter. My husband went to the station to get the butter, and was told said someone had just brought some up. It was so cold it popped out with not much chance of melting on the pancakes. The syrup was not warm either. The pancakes were "okay", but I will say the bacon was crispy and tasted great. My husband's biscuit was okay as well.

Although I understand the need for a less public touching of products for health reasons, there is a definite need for more folks in the back to get a better product out in a quicker way. This new way of service hasn't helped the employees trying to do their best or the customers with McDonald's reputation for good...

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! HARD QUARTER SIZED PLASTIC IN FOOD!!!

I come to this McDonald's every day! I mean every day! I order the same thing. Large mocha frappe and 2 burritos the reason I come here is due to the fact the seen the burritos all day. When I come through the by0drive thru the employees don't pay attention to what customers are ordering they are more fascinated by what their CO workers are doing and saying. You can actually hear it on the speaker the laughing and cutting up. I've even been told to hold on and I hear laughing and cutting and not about work. Besides attitudes is whatever I've had some hard burritos cold pies a couple times whatever. But I draw the line today. Today customers aren't a priority at the speaker again as usual get my food and drink put the sauce on the burritos. When I do that I open the entire burrito and put the sauce on and then fold it back up. I get through eating the first burrito no problem the second however I nearly swollowed a hard piece of plastic that was inside the burrito! Crazy thing I didn't discover the hard quarter sized plastic when I was putting the pacanti sauce on the burrito. Didn't think I needed to sift through the burrito contents for my own personal safety. These burritos are made in house so it is an error from inside...

Every time I order my son a kids meal it's wrong. They never give him extra fries when I ask even though they change it on the screen and they never make his burger with just ketchup. Well today I decided to try again because everyone makes mistakes. I ordered his cheeseburger with ketchup only and extra fries. I get home and he hands me the apple slices because he won't eat them. I was not surprised at all that they gave him apple slices instead of extra fries because, as I mentioned before, they always do. It was when he pulled out the chicken nuggets that I was surprised. Seeing as how the only thing I ordered was his cheeseburger kids meal, I was unsure where the confusion occurred. I have given this location so much of my business hoping that it would get better. This location is the closest and most convenient for me and the fact that they have never gotten my order right...
