Rocco's Pizza Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Hudson

Agree with previous reviewer. Used to be really good but delivery times got absurdly long and food started getting to us cold so we started ordering there less. Figured we solved delivery issue by ordering like we did last Friday afternoon, calling in and ordering at 3:00 pm and requesting it be delivered at 6:00 pm. They had 3 hours advance notice so thought this would solve the delivery issue. Nope. 6:00 no food, 6:15 no food, 6:30 no food so I call. Was told would be there soon. Driver finally showed up around 6:45 pm. And I had given driver a very nice tip when ordering, well over 20%. My mistake. Took food in and opened up. Fries were Cold, Subs were not much better. As we all know trying to reheat fries and sub sandwiches just doesn't work, and it all ended up a soggy meal. I called Rocco's to complain and asked to speak to a manager and was told "there's no manager on duty tonight". On a Friday night?? Asked when a manager would be on duty and was told, "oh, maybe Monday or Tuesday". I was just plain being blown off. So, we're done. We will never order from Rocco's ever again. I went in yesterday which would be the 3rd time in a week. The last 2 times I had a great experience. People were nice. Everything was great. I was polite, tipped good, not loud or obnoxious, was able to drive home. Even texted my friends that this place was awesome and so fun. I had some people cracking up. Just a great time. Yesterday when I went in the bartender left to get a mgr. The mgr came back and pulled me out of the bar and said "we can't serve you alcohol anymore. Cuz the last 2 times it got emotional." First off I was happy and if that's emotional... idk. I was having a good time. She hugged me and gave me a kiss. No don't kiss me. Then told me I can still eat and have water. The thing is I have never ever had a place treat me like this. Never have been refused alcohol. I was quiet all the times I was there. Never a problem. I was absolutely humiliated so needless to say not only did they lose my business, I had friends who were regulars and friends who wanted to try that won't be back because of this. They used to be our go to place, but for the last couple times they have been absolutely horrible. The service is terrible. I ordered a steak tip sub with extra onions, raw onions they cooked I called and complained so they sent me a new one. My wife’s meatball sub had no cheese on it so when I called to complain, I said I ordered extra raw onions, so I guess the cook was trying to be a little funny with what he did and some girl got on the phone says I’m a manager and yeah I saw him and he took some onions off so we thought that would be right. We’re sorry if it’s not, I mean the only thing will do is give you a credit, she was being very condescending from what I could tell I will never use them again and like I said it used to be our go to place and this is the second time and the last two times we’ve ordered that they’ve screwed the orders up really bad I don’t know if it’s in kitchen staff or people taking the orders and the subs still had onions on them that’s what fell off the first half All...
