I would just take this time to respond to Christine Degiacomo's complaint..She ordered food at 7:04pm and later called back about 8:45ish to say the soup lids weren't on tight and that they had burned her hand..she wanted a complete refund..we offered to comply with her refund but we would have to come back and get the rest of the food..problem is they ate the food and yet wanted a complete refund immediately..we also offered to send an ambulance over if she was truly hurt and burned like she claimed and for someone to take some pictures for insurance purposes which she rudely declined..nobody mocked or made fun of her..we were truly professional about the alleged incident..we are not saying the event didnt happen but when we tried to help in more serious ways if she was truly hurt then why wouldnt she get some pictures or a report on file..after all this we offered to refund the soups ONLY yet i remind you all the rest of the food had been eaten before she called might i add, so we can not fully refund the whole order..we also offered a store credit for her next order but that was not good enough...we take any accusations seriously and will gladly help in anyway possible..this person refused any help and just wanted her money back..those are the facts as they happened..if i had burned my hand, i or somenody else would of called right away not almost 2 hours later..we appreciate our customers and their business...have a happy n safe...

I ordered for delivery, after an hour and fifteen went by I called and I was told the delivery "guy" was running behind. I asked to speak to a manager but her would not come to phone which is in bad form and show how much they do not care. If you're in the weeds, own it and be man...talk to your customers.

I finally called back and told them I would come and pick the food up, I had a hungry family to feed and I thought I was doing something nice for them. I got to this place and by the way (is a tiny hole in wall in a run down plaza that has rotting wood outside) , the delivery guy was there and he was a mouthy, nothing is his fault type of jerk. I left there praying the food would be okay...it wasn't it was greasy and not worthy of the wait.

I don't care what this place used to be...now it's not even worthy of a mall. Find a place that cares about the food and spare yourself the burnt greasy mess they serve.

I had gotten some gift certificates for this place. Never had it before until yesterday. It was good. So I thought they lets go back today. I ordered a simple plate, Crab Rangoons, Double Beef teriyaki, and white rice. Not a hard order. But they got it wrong. When getting one beef teriyaki yesterday I got two sticks. So when ordering double you should get 4. well I guess double means one more. So there goes that blows my mind. I have pork fried rice so there goes that. White rice is cheaper so you think you wouldn't mess that one up. I asked for extra duck sauce. Did you know they charge you instead of saying hey its gunna be an extra dollar fifty. They don't care. So now getting back to work and my ordered wrong I call. And there solution come back for white rice. No im sorry. No nothing you can come back for white rice.
