You can't not love Biggy! Especially if you're a coffee connoisseur so it's all about the staff and cleanliness On 32nd street in Hudsonville the store is ALWAYS clean and the staff is great! I'm a delivery driver so I have the privilege of observing their fast friendliness with other customers and their efficiency behind the counter several times a week.
My only complaint would be that one day I asked if I could call ahead when I was just a few minutes away so that they would start the order. I was told "absolutely!" The next day I called there to say I'm less than 5 minutes away could you please start the order for _ and I was told we will start it when you get here... so which is it Biggby managers?
Personally I think if the driver is willing to call ahead & the store has received the order ahead of the customers that are coming in, the order should be started. After all, these restaurant mobile apps were meant for expediency for the customer which should include the driver for the delivery app the customer chooses. It's the exact same thing if a customer use the mobile app to order and pick it up themselves... Should they have to wait in line like everyone else who just pulled in? The answer is no.
I'd really like to hear a response from the owner.
Back to the positive side, When I've had to wait I go back and sit in my car and there have been a couple times that one of the girls ran the order out to me and I really appreciate that! It's really above and beyond.
It really takes a lot for me to give five stars as I have worked in the service industry or had my own businesses in the service industry. The girl that has ran the orders out gets 5 stars from me! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been a long time regular to this location. I typically get a 20oz. mocha mocha w/ two extra shots no whip. I've seen baristas come and go over the years; some good and other alright. There are times I go and my drink is spot on, and I drink down like it's nothing. Then sometimes it's just off. It's like I feel forced to drink it since I already have it. After the baristas have been there awhile they get my drink down good, and I only really have that issue if there's a new batch of them training. Also if any of you workers are reading this and really want to treat me, I had a barista who would still put the chocolate drizzle on even though I'm not getting whip, and I really like it. Well anyway it's my favorite location. Sometimes there is a wait, but what do you expect when they're juggling both a line in the lobby and one at the drive thru, so if you're in a hurry add a few extra minutes to you commute if you plan on swinging by during a busy time. I'll continue to keep coming here, and enjoying my drink. Thank you to the wonderful staff there, and I hope this review helps any possible customers make their mind up....

Yesterday they were extra slow and there was ONE car in the drive through. I got to the window and asked what was taking so long and they continued to tell me some lady wanted to re-do her card. I started to inform the girl working the drive through that we have had several bad experiences at this location, to include this week. The assistant manager, Bailey Hackett, then came to the window and I was telling her weve had many negative experiences and it is always so slow but we come here because it is closest to our house. She than began to tell me I could go to a different Biggby then. After I already paid for my drinks she told me I could leave. She refused to give me emails or phone numbers for managers, she just gave me their names and wouldnt tell me when they would be in.
