DO NOT GO HERE!!! Spend the extra $2 to get a better pizza and better customer service down the road at the 3 other pizza places in town. This place is very poorly run, poorly managed and lack training for their employees. Customers are an inconvenience, if I owned this location I would be embarrassed and would fire everyone and start from scratch to save what little dignity I had left. Ordered ahead of time to get pizza on the way home from work. Lol. Given a specific time in the app that it would be ready, turned out the time given was over a half hour longer. Got a text that pizza was finally done with the Pizza Portal code but there was no pizzas in the portal at all. Name was on the screen but nothing there. Just stacks of orders getting cold on the table behind the counter. Proceeded to the counter to talk to someone, waited almost ten minutes despite making eye contact with two different employees. When someone finally came to help, they couldn't find my order and stood there looking at the same boxes several minutes before talking to someone in the back. The person in the back said that my order was already picked up, even though I had been there for over a half hour at this point. The same employee came back and asked me if I had already got my order despite me standing there empty handed. Read moreThe second shift manager has a major attitude problem. I ordered 2 extra most bestest and 2 crazy breads in the drive thru. The girl working the drive thru told me it is was going to be about 10 minutes and I could wait inside. I waited inside for 30 minutes just to be told they hadn’t made my pizzas yet meanwhile other people that ordered after me, whose pizzas also had to be made, received their pizzas before me, so I asked for a manager. The front counter girl went to get the manager and they proceeded to talk about me and why I could possibly want to speak to the manager.. then the manager walked up and said they were really busy and I said I understood but that other special orders came out before mine and I was frustrated. She then gave a snotty attitude and said they should be out in a couple minutes, they were just put in. Told me I could wait or she could refund me and I could leave. She refunded another person that was waiting and asked him to leave the store because he also said she had a bad attitude. I would love to speak with either a daytime manager or the franchise owner because the way this specific manager acted was ridiculous. Read moreI would give zero stars for customer service if that were an option. Today was the last day I will go to this location. It's not the fact that what I wanted wasn't ready and would take a few minutes... I'm ok with that. The problem was that I went through the drive thru and was asked to pull forward and someone would bring it out to me... that's not the part I'm not ok with. The part I'm not ok with is that nobody ever brought me the food I ordered and paid for...again, not the worst part because they were a little busy. What really grinds my gears is, when I walked inside, I was informed that my order was never even put in the oven. I only get a thirty minute lunch break and I waited for twenty minutes with no food as the end result. I did get my money back, but was never offered an apology for any inconvenience it may have caused me. I was not the only one that received this kind of deplorable customer service by the employees at this location. The gentleman that was behind me in the drive thru was in the same boat, only when he went in he was accused of not paying for his order...good thing he thought to get a receipt for the food he wound up going inside to pick up since the convenience of the drive thru is apparently a joke at this location.
