Our family went out for dinner this past Friday. We were seated quickly and our drink orders and appetizers were ordered and served quickly. We ordered our entrees and we waited. Folks that had arrived after us started getting their meals before us. Then we waited some more. The server tried to assure us our meals were on the way so we continued to wait. It was an hour from the time we arrived until the time we actually received our food. Which was the kids mac and cheese, a party melt and fish and chips. So nothing that should have taken super long to make. We were told an order was made wrong ahead of ours and pushed everything back which happens but didn't make sense since others were getting their meals before us even though we had ordered before them. The manager did comp us for our appetizer which was nice of them. Food was good and the comp of the appetizer helped keep the rating at four stars rather than...

Ordered spinach/artichoke dip as an appetizer. It was basically just cream cheese with a little spinach in it with no real cheese or artichoke in it.. I ordered the 16 ounce prime rib. It was prepared as ordered & looked great, but it had absolutely no flavor. The server forgot my baked potato, which wasn't a big issue. But when I asked her about it, she brought me the baked potato with butter & sour cream already on it. Still not a huge issue until I went to take a bite & found a partially frozen ball of butter & sour cream on it. That was the last we saw of our server until we finished eating what was actually palatable. My gf ordered a burger & it was small & not very good. We drove 15 miles & waited over a half hour to be seated. The server did discount us $10 on an over $80 bill that was only partially edible & certainly not enjoyable. We...

It is was pretty good food, but I have some complaints. The food was kind of expensive for what we got! I got a lot of hair in my food. I can't really blame it in them since I have a dog and dog hair could have gone in it, But, there was a long black hair and no one with me has black hair. The waitress was pretty nice. The ranch? The ranch was definitely in my top three!!!!! There was something disgusting in my brother's cup. The grilled cheese was dry, and didn't come with pickles. None of the workers were wearing masks.
