Chang's Chinese Kitchen — Restaurant in Humboldt

I had ordered two Entrays for my husband and I. I ordered stir-fried vegetables to go with my meal. So my husband picked up the order. I went to serve it up to see that my vegetables where not included. So I looked at my receipt I saw both entrays and vegetables included with my order all for one price. So I called to inquire about my order. It was then I noticed that they put vegetables but didn't charge me yet didn't include the vegetables. So I asked to talk to the manager. They wouldn't come to the phone. So I asked could they accommodate me by at least giving me a refund for the portion of my order that wasn't included despite it being on receipt. They said no because I wasn't charged. Most establishments are willing to make ammends. Yet this being their error, they expected me to come back with a meal I already had served up which I informed them of the inconvenience. Still no, so I was told to make sure that I request vegetables. I did three times by placing the order it wouldn't have been on the receipt. Apologies were given by the wait time and mentioned something about next time. I said there will be no next time. Due to the way they treat customers when it was their fault not ours. My sweet and sour chicken was delicious although putting it on a bigger plate would have been a lot nicer and the person I was with ordered and entree and I can't remember what it was but the picture on the menu was quite deceiving and it was flavorless even though it was on the spicy menu and it had way too many nuts on it.
