Milano's Pizza — Restaurant in Humboldt

Today I ordered 14 party size pizzas for a work function and it was wonderful. I frequently have to feed around 100 employees and typically use caterers and restaurants that I'm familiar with because I get very nervous about something going wrong. The people at Milano's didn't seem worried at all that I had ordered 14-28in pizzas to be picked up right as they opened. First experience was bad dough was not cooked through on top and bottom was burnt. Don't know how they managed that but was told that the sauce made it wet. Okay I know what raw dough tastes like. Next few pizzas were good. Just ordered wings today, inedible. They were overcooked badly and were tough to chew. The guy did give me a refund after acting like it was just me and everybody else just loves them. If everyone else in Humboldt enjoys overcooked wings that's cool, I just can't make...

Giving 3 stars here. We've had really good pizza from this place before, but the pizza today was meh. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as I thought it should be based on the price and based on my previous experience here. The pepperoni was greasy and the cheese was a little greasy too. The crust on the regular pizzas were pretty good. The crust on the stuffed pizza was okay up to the edges where it got a little dense. The sauce was much better than the pizza...
