My buddy and I showed up at 8:39 pm on a Friday and a person wiping off a table, informed us, in a dismissive manner, that they were CLOSED, " we close at 9:00 pm.". Your website suggests you close at 10:00 pm and the sign outside clearly stated that Pasquale's was OPEN. This incident occurred 070822. It occurs to me that the owner of Pasquale's may not be aware of the manner in which customers are treated by those whom they authorize to speak on behalf of the company. This isn't likely the way, since it's not normal at Pasquale's, management would train...

No stars here! We went in tonight for our first experience. We weren’t even given the chance to have one. All tables were full with the exception of two that hadn’t been cleaned off. After standing there for a few moments to see if someone was gonna clean them, or wait to be greeted by someone letting us know it would be a bit, we ended up leaving. All the employees up front knew we were there, but didn’t seem to care. They all watched us walk away and didn’t say a word. I’ve never felt more unwelcome in any establishment. Terrible customer service....

This was a first time visit for me; however, I am familiar with the company's frozen pizza manufacturing business, which used to be co-located on the same property with the restaurant.
