I stopped in this location on 11/27 around 3-4pm. I was greeted with distaste as soon as I started my order. There was a woman with glasses that immediately told us in an annoyed tone that they only have 2 kinds of bread. They had a deal going. Buy 2 foot longs and a drink, get the third free. So we told her we’re going to do the deal. She responded with a sigh “oh God” with an unpleasant look. I’m thankful she had a coworker. It was a gentleman. He was fine. My wife ordered her sub first, then on mine. The woman says “provolone!?” I respond with “actually, can I get pepper Jack on it please?” She drops the cheese that’s in her hand on the counter and now very annoyed, tells me, almost yelling it “provolone, American, pepper Jack!”
I didn’t respond and I just stared at her but she kept her head down. I was literally going to ask her to be nice but my wife told her “pepper Jack”. It took 20 minutes for our 3 subs to get made somehow. I had to use the bathroom afterward. So I go and there’s a sign that is telling me it’s out of order, to use the women’s… I didn’t.. I do understand things out of our power happen but that just added to an already bad experience… you would think customer service would be the top priority when they already have...

Sitting in store 15 minutes later my phone rings again, lady says no Italian herb. I stand up and say you have to be kidding me. You called me 15 minutes ago and I said I'll take white. Now about 40 minutes later my 2 subs are being worked on. First time here and last time for sure. Watched 4 people walk in and order and get subs before me. No apologies, just a bunch of people staring like a deer in headlights. Worst service I have ever experienced at a Subway. Can't believe I left a tip on this order I placed online and picked up. Update-guy put 2 cards for 2 free 6 inch subs in my bag. Does not make up for the hard bread and lost pool...

Update May 3rd: I have been contacted by the manager through my Facebook messenges that I either take this down or am banned from the store. Great to see how they treat their reviews.
Update May 3rd 10pm: the manager has now sent me a picture of my work bio adding the comment of "I think it's unprofessional to lie when you yourself work in the food industry. You know how harmful false reviews can be. Next time reach out to me and we can discuss things like civilized human beings. Have a great day." Frankly I think this is treading on a threat.
