EDIT: Wow, if I weren't already impressed enough, this very same MOD personally called to follow up per my request. Being from the customer service industry, I deem it remarkable the amount of integrity that demonstrates. We had a conflict-resoluting talk about the below mentioned encounter which opened my eyes to some challenges at hand. Thank you again, and Ma'am, please contact me if you ever need a new reference for your resumè, any company should be lucky to have you.

I expected to be there a while as there were several cars in line, and the need to clarify the order as it was for several people, some with dietary restrictions. What I didn't expect was to have to go through the order with 3 employees 7 times, be overcharged, and sabotaged.
I checked my receipt as one does after a clear miscommunication, and noticed that I was overcharged twice. The first emoloyee refused to acknowledge my question and ordered me to go to window 2. The second employee ignorantly answered my question, and finally the MOD was able to refund me and clarify the order, as it was specific.
At the next window I was asked again what I wanted, 2 plain patties were the source of the confusion. Then the MOD informs me it was put into the system as a QPC, no meat. Hardly coincidental, adding to my vexation. I'm tempted to come apply for a position, not for the money, but to lead by example of how to professionally handle stress and how to ascertain and communicate information between staff, kitchen, and customers.
After 10 hours of charity cleaning, I'll admit my threshold of patience had been reached, but it only took 30 seconds to de-escalate. My order was perfect, and delicious. There is definite room for improvement, but you have at least one Rockstar on your team,...
Read moreStaff is very, very unprofessional. They never greet you, ever. You have to get one of them to come take your order. They always have employees hanging out in the lobby (off the clock) talking to employees on the clock. My visit today was my last. Walked in and we were told to use the kiosks to place our orders. We asked why the staff couldn’t do it (there were five people walking around behind the counter). And the kid told us the kiosk was just faster and he could walk us through it. Which made no sense...just take my order then if you’re going to “walk me through it”. Placed order at the kiosk, and opted to pay at the counter. After I grabbed someone to ring me up, she unenthusiastically says “if you have drinks, grab your cups”...and points to the cup stand next to HER register before walking away scratching and patting the side of her hair in an extra-hood manner. Mind you...I don’t know which is the happy meal sized drink...I don’t know which is the medium. At that point, I asked for the manager, and explained how unacceptable I found their service to be. She apologized but couldn’t offer any insights as it was her second day. The manager who was training her NEVER came over to assist or apologize. I understand places like this hire kids, but that doesn’t negate the expectation of good customer service. My brother in law was also missing his kid’s juice boxes, their bbq sauce, and he inexplicably had a Big Mac with extra pickle that he didn’t order....
Read moreFirst of all this deserves 0 stars. I pull up to order and right from the start terrible customer service. The young gentleman taking orders at the window at this time was extremely rude. Would not let me finish talking and asking me if “that’s all”. I was extremely nice so you would think you would get respect back. Finally finish ordering and they told us to go to parking 1 and wait. Okay we will no problem. A gentleman comes to our car with the wrong order. He comes back and it’s still wrong . At this point I stepped out the car to go inside and solve the issue showing my receipt . You have 5 employees in the dining area and two managers or supervisors behind the order desk and more employees in the back. I’m the only customer inside and it takes a while for anyone to help me at all. Then I proceed to tell the man what was wrong and he was rude , would not let me talk. And just rude . We solve the issue we go home and the food is stale and no flavor it’s been out for a while it taste like. BAD QUALITY. which I don’t understand if you have a full staff? If you have all these bad reviews about quality and bad customer service there is a HUGE ISSUE corporate...
