After we ordered our food the waitress never returned. She did not deliver the food, that came from the kitchen and when they dropped off the food, they refilled one water glass. HAD the waitress returned to inquire if we needed anything, we would have told her our medium rare steak came out with a well done flag in it… and it was well done, obviously not what we ordered, dry and tasteless. Had she returned to ask if we wanted something else to drink, we would have ordered additional drinks, or more water to wash down that over cooked steak, but she never came back. Although she walked past our table regularly, not once did she check on us, or offer us refills. 50 minutes after we finished eating, in desperation, we stacked our dishes on the edge of the table and she finally returned. We were there for nearly 2 hours, no food or drink for over an hour, with our waitress passing by regularly. When we got our bill, she commented that they just had 10 tables walk in explaining her absence. There was not a wait for tables when we arrived, nor when we left. As we had finished eating an hour earlier, I doubt this “rush” had anything to do with our bad service/ meal. The only vegetable on the menu was cole slaw or salad. This is strictly a French fry / sandwich place that should not offer a steak special. In all, a very disappointing meal, the service being really bad. I can not recommend this restaurant to anyone...

Probably won’t eat here again, and thats a shame because the food is pretty good.

I’ve eaten here 3 times recently, and twice there was stuff missing from my order. I called in the first time and they offered me a gift certificate for my next order, I never got around to coming back in for it, and understand that these things happen in the food service world, so a one time thing wasn't a big deal.

I ordered a couple meals last night and once again there was stuff missing. I called again because twice over a span of just three visits is a little questionable. On the phone, the lady told me they’d give me a gift certificate. When i got to the restaurant today the guy i spoke to acted like he really didn’t want me to talk to a manager (I figured id need to talk to one because waiters usually don’t have the power to issue refunds or gift certificates).

All he ended up doing was giving me the salad they forgot from my previous order. That’s great, now i have a salad i don’t need now, and that should have been in my original order. At the very least, they could have given me...

Food was great but service was REALLY slow. (2hrs) We had a large party on a Saturday afternoon and made arrangements in advance so they could be prepared..... they weren't. In fact after ordering drinks I actually had to go pick it up off the bar service station myself, along with 4 other drinks for my table. And when our meals came out the first half of our party was finished eating before the other half got their meals. Again, we made arrangements. Had we not, I would TOTALLY understand when we showed up with such a large group that they wouldn't be able to handle it, that just wasn't the case. Great food from everyone's comments just really poor service. And I noticed upon check out that 20% was the minimum amount to tip, or you could customize it right there with server looking over your shoulder.

As a prior bartender and server, it was disappointing. I hope they can step up their game. I would recommend this, but only if you go with a small party and make sure you have time...

This is my 4th time dining here since January. The atmosphere rating is based on all TV's were off unless you were eating and sitting at the bar. Why have so many TV's and have nothing on for customers dining in. Also when the juke box wasn't paid for no music was on so you ate in silence. I'm not use to that something should always be playing especially if TV is off. We had a good waitress however she literally had just about every table. Also we told her we were charged for the ranch and celery she said that's correct. Told her the menu states "served with celery and bluecheese or ranch" so very misleading and false advertising. She did not correct it for us. Last part of my review is the BBQ pulled pork coleslaw sliders on the single menu sheet. They were amazing they are listed as an entrée but don't come with anything like listed entrées do so I'd suggest moving them to the appetizers menu if they were to remain something permanently.

Eh... not so good. Was drawn in by the look of the place from outside, but that was pretty much all that we enjoyed about it. Took a solid 15 minutes to get greeted by a server once we sat down, which should have been the first indicator of what was to come but we had been traveling all day and just wanted to eat. We had a burger, which was fairly good, and the blackened Tuna special (big mistake). The Tuna was cooked to death, poor little fish. It came with green beans that kinda defy explanation..... cut into small pieces and flash fried but hard as a rock inside? I don't know, but whatever it was, it definitely isn't how one should make fresh green beans. Honestly, the little house salad and the side of Buffalo chips were the only items "of note" if that tells you how the food is. Definitely not going back to eat here, maybe for drinks but not for food.

Wife's pineapple upside down drink was great as was her chicken/fries salad (loaded with chicken but forgot the green peppers). The garlic cheese curds and my green beans were great. However, my blackened swordfish was horribly overcooked n tough. (The fact u sent out a steak knife with my fish shudda been a dead giveaway) My redskin potatoes were lukewarm n some were cold n grainy in the center. The waitress offered to get me something else but I just finshed my wifes huge salad. I hardly ate any of the fish or potatoes n she never cleared my plate away and then comes over at the end and offers me a $5 discount off a $22 dinner. (Shame on her manager.) I refused to pay. Doubt we'll be back.
