Sweethearts Confectionary was my baker of choice for my wedding and what a wonderful choice that was! Jana is amazing to work with. Her attention to detail and ability to create delicious cakes & cupcakes is unmatched. We had a small, red velvet cake for cutting & several dozen chocolate & vanilla cupcakes. All were so great and Jana kept in contact with me along the way answering all of my questions and helping with any suggestions. We are still getting compliments on our cupcakes that we served to guests. I have had other creations by Sweethearts Confectionary in the past and had the utmost confidence that she would produce perfection & she didn’t disappoint. Down to the color & detail in the icing. She even used some extra stems from my florist to add to the cake. I’m a trained pastry chef and although I don’t work with pastries anymore I always have to bring some goodies to my in-laws when visiting them. This last trip I did not have time to make anything and we had to find something on the road before we meet them, I was impressed with the raspberry chocolate cupcakes. We recently had a very small socially distant wedding up in a cabin in the James Creek area. We needed a local baker and found sweethearts confectionery online.
