Title: A Delightful Sashimi Feast: A Review of an All-You-Can-Eat Sushi Restaurant
Review: If you're a sushi lover like me, then you've probably experienced the sheer delight of indulging in an all-you-can-eat sushi feast. Today, I had the pleasure of visiting a local sushi restaurant that offered precisely that, and I must say, their sashimi selection left me completely astounded. Let me take you on a culinary journey through my experience.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately greeted by a serene and inviting atmosphere. The warm ambiance, coupled with the tantalizing aroma of fresh seafood, set the stage for an exceptional dining experience. As I settled into my seat, I eagerly perused the extensive menu, which promised a wide array of sashimi options.
To my delight, the sashimi offerings at this restaurant were truly exceptional. The presentation of each platter was artfully arranged, showcasing vibrant colors and expert knife work. The first bite of sashimi I took transported me to sushi heaven. The fish practically melted in my mouth, revealing its incredible freshness and delicate flavor. Each piece was meticulously sliced, displaying the chef's skill and commitment to quality.
The restaurant's sashimi menu boasted an impressive selection of fish, ranging from traditional favorites like tuna and salmon to more options like yellowtail. What impressed me the most was the restaurant's dedication to sourcing high-quality ingredients. The fish tasted incredibly fresh, as if it had just been plucked from the ocean moments before. The restaurant's commitment to using premium ingredients truly elevated the sashimi experience.
Apart from the exceptional taste, the texture of the sashimi was sublime. Each slice had the perfect balance of tenderness and firmness, providing a satisfying mouthfeel with every bite. The sashimi was served at the ideal temperature, ensuring that the flavors were preserved while offering a refreshing and enjoyable dining experience.
I also appreciated the variety of accompanying condiments and garnishes that were offered alongside the sashimi. The traditional soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger were of the highest quality and complemented the sashimi beautifully. Additionally, the restaurant provided an assortment of specialty sauces that added an extra dimension of flavor to the already delectable fish.
The service at this all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant was impeccable. The attentive staff members were knowledgeable about the sashimi offerings, and their recommendations were spot-on. They were always available to answer any questions and were prompt in refilling our plates with freshly prepared sashimi. The chefs demonstrated incredible skill and passion in their craft, which was evident in the exceptional quality of each dish.
In conclusion, my experience at this all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant was nothing short of remarkable, with the sashimi selection being the undeniable highlight. The freshness, flavor, and presentation of the sashimi were truly outstanding. If you're a fan of sashimi, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting this restaurant to embark on a culinary adventure that will leave your taste buds...
Read moreI discovered this all-you-can-eat sushi spot by accident when I was getting a massage across the restaurant. It’s tucked away at the very end on the left side inside Marina Village.
My sister was visiting Huntington Beach so we decided to come here since I always see people waiting outside, and my friends also told me it’s good.
🕛 Hours (Lunch): 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM During this time, it’s all charged at lunch pricing with 1.5 hrs time limit.
🌟 Ambiance: 5/5 Clean and spacious with multiple TVs playing different channels.
🍽 Food: 4/5 • Tons of options with helpful photos on the menu. • The rice under the nigiri sushi is super thin (which is great so you don’t fill up too fast). • They have Korean ramen machines for unlimited free ramen, self-serve! (Premium customers only) • Free ice cream after meal. It was actually pretty good; We asked for a second cup. • If you check in and write a review, you get a free soda. I only write reviews after I eat, so I missed out.
❌ Cons: • One of the scallop dishes had a huge pile of glass noodles underneath to make it look like a big portion. Felt a bit misleading (it did mention on menu Or somewhere.) • You can only order Toro, Uni, and Abalone once per person.
🐟 Freshness: 4/5 Overall the fish quality was good and fresh.
💲 Price: 4/5 Not bad at all for AYCE sushi + sashimi + oyster lunch at $44.95. ( Visited in 2025/7) ⚠️ Heads up – they don’t list prices anywhere (not on Google, Yelp, their website, or even inside the restaurant as I tried to find out). So ALWAYS ask first about lunch/dinner regular pricing and how much extra it is separately to add oysters or sashimi. Otherwise you might be surprised at seeing how the total amount was charged.
💁♀️ Service: 3/5 They seemed pretty understaffed. Only two chefs behind the sushi bar and about three people serving (including the owner). Service was quite slow at the beginning. They even forgot a few items, then later all the rolls came out at once, so we got full super fast.
🔎 Other notes: • There will be 3 order sheets for Ayce sushi+ sashimi+ oyster. The sheet will be returned to you once they completed the serving so you can order next round. • An automatic 18% gratuity is added for parties of 5 or more. (Even toddler will count as 1 person as well.)
Overall, it’s a solid spot for AYCE sushi when you’re in Huntington Beach. Just bring some patience and come hungry.

Read moreI personally do not recommend this restaurant, AT ALL! particularly if you value good service. While the food itself was okay, the service was among the worst I’ve experienced!! The sushi saved the star for this place.
Upon arrival, we were initially greeted politely, but once seated, the service declined significantly. Despite arriving before another couple, we were seated at the same time—no issue there because we didn’t waited for that long either. However, while the other tables were promptly given chopsticks, wasabi, and ginger, we were not…
Our server, a woman with short hair and glasses, showed little interest in assisting us. She handed us menus without any explanation and simply stood there, clearly impatient. When we asked about menu differences and pricing, she responded and just left. What stood out most was the stark contrast in her attitude and service between serving us and interacting with non-Asian or foreign customers—she was notably warmer and more attentive to them.
In addition to the poor attitude, there were multiple service errors. We waited through our second round of dishes and had to remind the staff about a missing order of fried oysters from our first round. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the server brought out the wrong dish (vegetable tempura instead of shrimp tempura) and appeared visibly frustrated when we pointed out the mistake. Rather than offering an apology, she acted as if we were at fault when clearly the paper did not had vegetable tempura marked…
There were also some issues with the food itself. One of the salmon sushi had a fish bone, and the ikura sushi tasted off—its texture was tougher than expected, which is a little suspicious for me.
Having visited the Santa Ana location before, where the staff was attentive and courteous, this experience was disappointing. The difference in treatment at this location was disheartening and made the entire visit very uncomfortable.
In summary, while the food was acceptable, the service was severely lacking, particularly toward...
