CaliTea Organic Coffee & Tea — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

I used to like this place until they messed up two of my drinks and lied when I complained. I’m usually not one to complain and confront people but this time I had to. I ordered 4 drinks and had to clarify my first coffee two times. Seemed to take the employee awhile to input my drinks and I ordered three other cold drinks ALL with honey boba which I specified after each drink. My mistake was not asking for my receipt but after calling the store to complain the manager really disappointed me. They had to verify my complaint THREE times and proceeded to lie to me over the phone saying that they repeated my order back, which they never did! The only thing they clarified was if my coffee had soy milk. I’m very disappointed in the quality of customer service. I wanted a credit since I did not have time to get my drinks remade and I still have yet to receive it. Luckily there’s plenty of other boba options. Sorry CaliTea but I’m...

Ordered a regular milk tea and winter melon milk tea. You could really feel the ingredients in the tea which isn't common in tea places. Really good tea and crystal boba. Knocking off a star because the prices aren't clear. The menu gives categories (ie Toppings and Tea) and a price range for everything in that category. So you don't know how much the thing is until it's put into the register. Like Crystal Boba could've been 50c - 99c, and it turned out to be 99c. Since it looked like high Schoolers were working there they also didn't seem to be very experienced. The drinks took longer to come out than usual and they seemed to have misplaced their straws for a bit.

Overall the tea and boba was a 5, but the lack of clear pricing was alarming and took off a star for me. Also while it didn't affect the score I hope the place is more organized next...

Plenty of parking in this plaza. So many choices, clean and cute interior.

We came here for the almond milk tea. Not many places make that anymore. Was not a fan. The drink was not as sweet, more on the bland side. We didn’t not alter the sweetness or ice level.

I got the roasted oolong milk tea. I definitely tasted the “roasted” flavor. Aside from being known for making each drink with freshly brewed tea, I didn’t get anything special out of this place.
