Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

I recently have become gluten free and went to flame broiler to get some lunch. I kindly asked the lady working if she could double check if a steak bowl was gluten free for me. The lady said to me “oh I don’t know” and I followed up with “is there anyway you can please check the ingredients for me?” She told me she COULD NOT help because they don’t keep that information there. I had to walk out hungry and was absolutely appalled by her service and how she handled the situation. People have celiacs disease and dietary restrictions so her not being educated on it is ridiculous…....

Went here for something different. Got the spicy chicken bowl with veggies and rice. It made for a nice lunch. Service was fast and efficient.
