Chipotle — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

I came in at 9:10 PM on Wednesday wanting a burrito. The white rice on the line looks like it’s been there for 2 hours, the pinto beans I wanted were crusted and nearly gone, and there was no chicken.

I ask them if there is any fresh rice or beans available. The person working the line goes back to the to the take out order section of the building to get the rice and beans. He comes back with the rice and beans in the tortilla and says they’re out of chicken for 7 more minutes. I say I’ll wait, no problem.

5 mins later they tell me they’re out of white rice, even through already had it in the tortilla while waiting for the chicken to finish cooking. I asked what happened to the white rice you just had, He said he tossed it in the trash (knowing it was the last of the white rice). No rice, waiting for chicken to finish cooking for 5 minutes for him to throw away my burrito with the last white rice in the “restaurant” while waiting for the chicken to finish cooking.

I asked if there’s any sort of discount, IOU, credit I can receive because of this awful experience and inability to provide anything I was looking for. They said there’s nothing they can do.

I’m a customer who comes to this Chipotle 3-5X a week on average and this store has lost my business permanently. I can see why they’re rated so low on google and yelp. This is a new location, step it up!

This was a truly disappointing service experience and I think there should be some consideration of rehires of either management or others for their lack of preparation, customer service and care for a regular customer well before...

This location is the BEST CHIPOTLE. The manager is very diligent. His staff are professional, nice and happy. They give bigger portions. My boyfriend is 6feet 5 and we shared 1 burrito and we still have left over. They gave us so much food. We appreciate the quality (FRESH MEAT)and big portion. Their bean, corn, salsa and salad are fresh and tasty. YOU GET THE BEST DEAL FOR YOUR MONEY. almost everyone is very happy in the restaurant and outside seating area. It's a beautiful life eating here. It's like you are eating at a 5 star tourist restaurant. It's a good date, good ask your boss for a raise restaurant. I see families coming back from the beach hang out here all eating like jungle pigs. Sometimes there's a long line. It's still worth the wait because the service is great and the workers smile non stop. Most importantly, the food is constantly fresh, tasty and well cooked. The place is clean and the ocean breeze will give you paradise if you choose to eat outside and get away from the pretty babes in bikinis indoor. There's is so much to smile about...

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. I went in around 10:40 PM and, before even walking inside, I asked if they were still open. The employee’s response was, “I wish we weren't,” which already felt unwelcoming.

Despite that, I went in and waited about five minutes at the register, only to be told, “We don’t have tortillas right now, and I’m not grabbing you any more.” That’s not just poor service — it’s flat-out rude.

I left frustrated, still hungry, and with a lasting impression that Chipotle doesn’t value its paying customers. If the store is open, customers deserve to be treated with respect and served properly.
