My husband and I decided to do a little "pilgrimage" of our own by experiencing Sunday Mass at other Catholic Churches in the area and nearby cities. It was the first time that my husband and I came to Sts. Simon and Jude Church for Sunday Mass. My husband and I felt so spiritually enriched by the vibrancy of the community. The homily was inspiring and the Eucharistic Celebration was made with such devotion and reverence. We love the ambiance and the faith-filled participation of the parish community. The Cantor had an amazing baritone that contributed to the monastery-like solemnity of the celebration. After the mass, most of the priests were there to greet the people, who we felt were also nourished by the same faith-filled that these sons of St. Francis have. We just love the experience. There is a great difference in the way Religious priests celebrate the Eucharist though, in essence it is the same mass that diocesan priests celebrate....
Read moreI found in Saints Simon & Jude Catholic Church Grace filled hospitality and services. I only wish for more Mass and open door times for Adoration and Confession. Liturgy and worship move one to a very Christ-centered place. Ministry lay leaders seek the Holy Spirit and extend warm welcome to the community. The Choirs and cantors/soloists are extraordinary. You could not ask more of the priests that completely serve the parish with humility and the enormous, beautiful, healing and hopeful message of the love of Christ Jesus. I found joy living and seeing the miracle in the power of an encounter with Gods love. Here one can grow in knowledge and experience the extravagant blessings of faith, the Catholic Church and the Sacranental life.

More so....there are other ones like this one...San Mateo "Catholic Church" in Santa Ana and San Juan De Los Lagos in Santa Ana. Don't be cheated these churches (and many more) are not in communion with The Vatican, with the Pope and with the real Roman Catholic Church Teachings. If you get married, baptized, o get other "sacraments" there...they wont be valid. Question them... why they are doing that? and you will find...
